/scape is a document of time: conceived as a project of solidarity, it is finalised as a collection of four pieces, each of them proposing a possibility to immerse into a set of sounds reflecting four experiences of isolation, suspended time, distancing and loss.

As a response to emptied timespaces and fractured sociality, Augustė Vickunaitė employs her signature devices - old tape recorders - to manipulate sounds of draft and wind, riddling them with mechanical fault noises, in order to convey the nostalgia of empty spaces.

Our right to privacy in the world of omnipresent surveillance becomes the focus of Niki Matita: she is listening and making audible the plethora of data that is transmitted by myriads of devices that collect it.

A door that leads out of an oppressive colossus of the city and into a parallel time of legends is opened by entropija, as a reminder that imagination might be fundamental to our sanity in the world of decay.

La cuarta conquista de México performs a composition for twenty chairs being dragged through a floor in an empty family restaurant. The friction between the floor and the chair registers a symbolic breach: that in sharing of foods, essential social ritual.

Atliepdama į ištuštėjusį erdvėlaikį ir suirusį socialumą, Augustė Vickunaitė groja nostalgiją ir tuščias erdves pasitelkusi jai būdingus instrumentus - senus juostinius magnetofonus, kurie jos surinktus skersvėjus ir vėjus paženklina triukšmais.

Niki Matita susitelkia į mūsų teisės į privatumą pasaulyje, kuriame stebėjimas tampa norma, klausimą: ji klauso ir, drauge, įgarsina galybę duomenų, kuriuos perduoda aibė duomenis renkančių įrenginių.

Duris iš slegiančio miesto koloso į kitą - legendų - laiką atveria entropija, primindamas, kad vaizduotė yra esminis įrankis siekiant neišprotėti yrančiame pasaulyje.

La cuarta conquista de México atlieka kompoziciją dvidešimčiai kėdžių tuščiame šeimyniniame restorane. Trintyje tarp grindų ir kėdžių atsirandantys triukšmai perteikia simbolinį trūkį esminiame - dalijimosi maistu - socialiniame rituale.
